Miss Seven Rivers Outstanding Teen will accept the first twelve contestants that complete and return all necessary paperwork.
If three contestants are not enrolled two weeks prior to the pageant, the Outstanding Teen portion will be cancelled. All enrolled contestants will be notified two weeks prior as to the status of the pageant.
